IAG Volunteers

Volunteers are highly valued within the Citizens Advice network

Recognise any of these?

  • I want to make a difference to people’s lives
  • I want to help my local community
  • I want to try something new
  • I want to use my experience in a productive way
  • I want to develop new talents and skills
  • I want to improve my CV

They are at the heart of our commitment in Haringey to deliver quality services for the local community.

As a Haringey Advice Partnership volunteer you’ll be committed to our aims and principles and keen to make a positive difference to people’s lives. You’ll look forward to challenges, learning new things, and willing to meet professional standards. You’ll ideally volunteer with us for a minimum of 12 months. We have a rolling programme of recruitment events each year, starting with an Information Open Day. Volunteering at Haringey Advice Partnership can really make a difference!

We offer professional training to fit whichever role in Haringey Advice Partnership best suits your skills, experience and interests. You’ll get on-going support to help you gain the most from your experience. Although we don’t pay for your time we do repay your travel expenses.
